A team of scientists managed to create a unique composite material at the nano level that surpasses existing heating technology not only in energy efficiency, but, most importantly, in environmental friendliness. We have obtained the finest heating filament, which is the basis of Ampertex’s products.

Using our unique technology, we produce net fabrics which can be integrated into any material and where the required temperature can be adjusted. AMPERETEX technology incorporates the best properties of synthetic filaments, so that materials based on them can be used in areas that could not be heated by using technologies from the past. Not only do our grids heat the surface, they also have a reinforcing function, allowing at the same time to consume minimum power to reach the specified heating temperature.

ABOUT THE PLANT

The first complete production cycle based on the patented AMPERETEX technology is going to be launched in 2021. This was made possible by the construction and completion of the plant with unique, up-to-date equipment from the world’s leading machine builders.
The plant was built in the Khrabrovo Industrial Park in the Kaliningrad Region. The geographical location of Russia’s westernmost region and SEZ resident status will enable our partners to supply raw materials and finished products to both the CIS and EU, as well as the North American markets at the lowest cost.

ECO-FRIENDLY
The AMPERETEX heating element is a synthetic filament soaked in electroconductive compound. When connecting the AMPERETEX filaments with electricity, they warm up in controlled gradual manner till 110 °С thanks to the infrared radiation of the long wave which harmonizes perfectly with all the living beings as they radiate heat exactly at this range.
SAFE
This is a reliable technology with a self-locking function and interruption of electrical conductivity, once the critical temperature has been reached. Our products can be used as temperature-limiters or for electromagnetic shielding and can also act antistatically.
